This is the Crystal Springs reservoir, which is just to the east of the hills where Alpine Farms (where I ride) is. I drive by here on my way to the stable.
These are two views from Alpine Farms. The first is looking directly
west out over the ocean (covered by clouds), and the second is looking
north towards the city (San Francisco). I really like being one of the
last people to leave the stable in the evening, it's so peaceful and the
views are so spectacular just after sunset.
